WWE might be the biggest promotion in the game, but AEW has all the buzz at the moment, having just delivered one of the most eventful shows in company history with Winter Is Coming.

Kenny Omega's World Title win, the Impact Wrestling link, and Sting's stunning debut created a pay-per-view level of buzz for the special episode of Dynamite. This week's promising to be a big one as well, with Sting's first interview, Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Jericho's Inner Circle ultimatum, and a "huge" Omega announcement all on the docket. After ending 2019 on a colossal low with the loathed Dark Order angle, AEW is emptying the tank to close this year on a high.

How does last night's Dark factor into all of this? The Hybrid 2 and Varsity Blondes warmed up for bouts against The Young Bucks and FTR respectively, while Dustin Rhodes cut two promos on The Dark Order ahead of his clash with 10.

On top of this, last night's squashfest saw the likes of Ivelisse, Shanna, Jurassic Express, Sonny Kiss, and Nyla Rose all highlighted, while Britt Baker presented her latest episode of The Waiting Room.

Let's light the fuse...
