6 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Dynamite (17 May - Review)

3. Sammy Guevara Vs Exodus Prime

Sammy Guevara Exodus Prime
AEW

Sammy Guevara making short (extremely short, 26-seconds-short) work of Exodus Prime wasn't the story, but what exactly is at this point?

'The Spanish God' becoming a situational babyface in the Four Pillars feud just about makes sense after his original plan to make big money alongside MJF failed, but the recklessness around Guevara as a character has badly diluted ahead of this this latest beat.

'The Salt Of The Earth' was less than impressed with his lot - and more on that later - as a result of the gentleman's agreement to topple him that's seemingly been established between the challengers, but Guevara feels on the fringes of the headline clash anyway. This constant confusion around his alignment really hasn't helped.
