Following on from last week's slightly mediocre post-Rebellion edition of Impact, this week provided a more mixed episode, thanks in part to some of the in-ring performances from those featured. There was an abundance of promos throughout the night, too many really, but most of them had to be there otherwise the stories they're attached to wouldn't have been furthered in any way. Tedious nonetheless.

The main event of the evening, a four on four Street Fight, was the highlight of the night. Everyone involved gave it all they had to provide a top quality contest. As soon as one high spot came, there was another almost straight after it. When you've eight guys in one match, that sort of thing works as it's not just the same two trading flips and dangerous looking moves over and over.

Other highlights from the show included a dominant performance from Jordynne Grace in singles action plus the in-ring return of Rob Van Dam. We also received an update (if you'll call it that) from Brian Cage, while Killer Kross let us all know he's still in possession of Eddie Edwards' beloved kendo stick. Thanks for that pal.

Overall, a so-so instalment of Impact. The majority of ongoing storylines were continued, which is the main thing really. Let's get to it...
