6 Ups & 7 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Dec 17)
1. Ripped Off
The whole story with Rob Van Dam claiming every single wrestler in Impact right now ripped off his moveset is becoming increasingly tedious to hear. It's the same old thing with him - 'The Whole F'N Show' will stroll out and declare how tired he is of everyone copying his moves - when Katie Forbes isn't slobbering over him that is.
It's all bad enough as it is, but the former World Champion stating that Brian Cage is the biggest mark of them all literally couldn't be further from the truth. 'The Machine' prefers to use a Drill Claw and a Weapon X over a Rolling Thunder and a Five Star Frog Splash, so where is RVD getting this information from?
Both men came to blows following the comments, with Forbes acting entirely lifeless in the corner before dishing out a low blow to Cage, opening the opportunity for Van Dam to dropkick a steel chair into his face as opposed to his usual Van Terminator. For someone who cares so much about people using his manoeuvres all the time, he sure doesn't like performing them himself.
If the match between them at the pay-per-view is anything like this short brawl was, then we can only hope that's exactly what it is - short.
