Adam Cole Debut NXT Brooklyn III

The entire NXT landscape changed dramatically at TakeOver: Brooklyn III. Going into the show over SummerSlam weekend, Bobby Roode, Asuka, and the Authors of Pain were dominant champions, each enjoying reigns that extended over 200 days. In the case of Asuka this was the dictionary definition of dominance, as the NXT Women’s Championship had been hers for over 500 days.

In the space of just a few days, everything changed. Roode and the Authors lost their titles in Brooklyn (to Drew McIntyre and SAnitY respectively), and Asuka was forced to vacate through injury at the TV tapings a few days later. Adam Cole made his debut at the show too, immediately forcing himself in the championship picture.

The next TakeOver event is over three months away, leaving plenty of time for stars to debut, move up to the main roster, change alignment, and start new feuds. What could be in store for the NXT Universe over Survivor Series weekend in Houston?
