7 Fascinating WWE Backstage Facts About Triple H

1. Is The Heir Apparent To Vince McMahon

The last few years have seen HHH transitioning from main event in-ring talent to a member of high ranking WWE management. It seems that every few months sees Hunter given more and more responsibility within the company, and the NXT brand alone is a huge testament to what HHH is capable of when given the reigns of a roster. With Vince McMahon, it seems like he will be in control of the WWE until he literally takes his final breath. When the fateful day does come, and hopefully that€™s a long way away, the responsibility of the company will fall on the shoulders of HHH and Stephanie. Hunter has built up the trust of key WWE officials and, make no mistake about it, he is the next in line to run the company when Vince finally relinquishes control. Yes, Stephanie will be alongside him, but HHH is simply going to be steering the WWE ship for years to come once Vince€™s days in power are done. Whilst some long-time wrestling fans aren€™t fans of HHH, and often for just reason, there€™s plenty of reasons to be positive about his inevitable running of WWE. Looking at the jaw-dropping action that NXT delivers, mixed in with certain comments made by Hunter during his interview with Steve Austin about the overall WWE product, there€™s a huge sense of optimism about how the 13-time World Champion will handle the company€™s long-term future.
