7 New Stars Announced For BOTH WWE Royal Rumble 2021 Matches On SmackDown

WWE announced 7 new entrants across both Royal Rumble 2021 matches on SmackDown.

WWE Royal Rumble 2021

No less than seven new faces declared themselves for both upcoming Royal Rumble 2021 matches on last night's episode of SmackDown.

On the men's side, Sami Zayn, Dolph Ziggler, Shinsuke Nakamura and current Intercontinental Champ Big E all announced that they'd be involved in the beloved melee later this month. Then, WWE revealed that Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott and Tamina had been added to the women's bout.

These additions mean that WWE currently has 13 names set for the men's match and 12 for the women's one - the rosters are starting to fill up rather nicely, but it would be nice to have space for a few surprises come the pay-per-view.

That's part of the Rumble's magic, after all.

Big E could be a nice outside bet to win the men's Rumble and challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Title afterwards. He'd probably have to drop the IC belt before 'Mania if that was the case though.

In other news, Billie Kay took credit for getting The Riott Squad into the women's Rumble on Friday's SmackDown. Her ongoing bid to impress the sneering duo rages on.
