WWE Royal Rumble 2020 goes down on 26 January. That's a little over two weeks away and, as expected, last night's SmackDown brought several additions to the card.

There are seven fresh names to run through here, with five for the men's match and two for the women's, but still plenty of ground left for WWE to cover over the next few shows. The men's bout looks pretty healthy with 13 of the 30 spots filled, including big names like Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio, and of course, WWE Champion Brock Lesnar. Sadly, the same can't be said for the women's contest. Just three wrestlers have been confirmed after last night's additions, leaving a whopping 27 still to be confirmed.

While it was previously reported that this year's Rumbles would comprise of 10 wrestlers from Raw, 10 from SmackDown, and 10 from NXT, not a single black-and-gold name has been confirmed thus far. With Shayna Baszler a heavy favourite to take the women's bout, this will likely change soon - unless NXT is represented solely through surprise entrants.

Regardless, it's all main roster at the moment. Let's run through the new names...
