7 Title Matches WWE Should Book For Night Of Champions

Some title feuds that make sense and bringing two new titles to the PPV setting.

This year's WWE Night of Champions PPV on September 21 is expected to be a major show because WWE fans that signed up for WWE Network in late February are set to have their six month commitments expire at the end of August. That means WWE has to put on an enticing show to keep those fans interested in subscribing to WWE Network. They should have that mindset for every Raw, Smackdown & PPV anyway, but it's especially noteworthy for Night of Champions. Following Monday's edition of Raw, no matches were announced for Night of Champions. A reason for that is because there are five weeks of television between SummerSlam and Night of Champions, so there's really no rush for WWE set things up yet. What we know about Night of Champions is that it's the one night of year where "every title is on the line" and that's been the case in past years for the event. There are a lot of PPVs where we wish WWE had all the titles on the line (especially WrestleMania & SummerSlam), but that isn't the case so for those of us that want to see all the titles up for grabs we do get excited about Night of Champions. Right now the current main roster features five titles: World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, United States, Tag Team and Divas. What we're going to do in this feature is bring in two more titles that WWE should consider adding to the PPV just to spice things up a bit. There will probably some non-title matches on the PPV (like Wyatt/Jericho 3 and whatever Reigns/Orton are doing), but this is only about title matches. Here's a look at seven title matches that would be great additions to WWE Night of Champions.
