5. Congrats To New Tag Champs

We previously took the piss out of Alpha Academy winning their first tag match in more than nine months last week, so we won’t do that again here.

Instead, we’ll give kudos for following through and having Chad Gable and Otis capture the Raw Tag Team Championship by pinning Randy Orton, putting RK-Bro down for the count in impressive fashion.

As great as it was to see the duo pick up the big win, the real question is what this means for Orton and Riddle, and whether this true Odd Couple can survive real adversity and recapture success and reclaim tag gold.

Or, will we see Orton do what he’s always done, and turn on his tag partner to kick off the inevitable feud between the two? That alone makes this item a positive, because it leaves us guessing, and because we already care about RK-Bro, it means we’re invested in what actually happens.
