7 Ups And 10 Downs From WWE Survivor Series 2015

9. Squandered Return

Don€™t get it wrong, seeing Goldust return to action during the Survivor Series kickoff show was a fun moment, especially considering he partnered with his fellow former Attitude Era mates the Dudley Boyz. But considering that Goldust last was seen feuding with Stardust and just appeared out of nowhere during an unannounced Survivor Series match, it just felt like his return was squandered in many ways. It would€™ve been better to have had a six-man tag match on Raw, with Stardust and the Ascension telling the Dudleys to go find a partner early in the program (or even set up the angle on the previous Smackdown), only for Goldust to show up there to confront his brother. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DcIufwrxWE So while it was great to see Goldust again and it was a legit surprise when he walked out, it could have been handled a lot better and felt a lot more impactful.
