In a business where superstars are constantly promoted and pushed, there's only so many ways to impress an audience. One of these tools is to have an emerging superstar break someone else's record or streak. 2014 saw two of the most impressive statistics tumble for different reasons. In arguably the most shocking WWE moment in years, The Undertaker's undefeated WrestleMania streak was broken at the hands of Brock Lesnar - a streak which most assumed would never be ended. Two months beforehand, Kane lost his magnificent record of 11 Royal Rumble eliminations - set in 2001 - to WWE's golden boy Roman Reigns. So, is any record sacred anymore? There are seven ongoing statistics that desperately need breaking - either due to WWE's corporate blacklisting, or for the sanity of the WWE Universe's more thoughtful members. Vince McMahon has fallen out with people like Bret Hart, the Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff but, no matter how strong the hatred, he always welcomes them back if money can be made. Once McMahon finds a new enemy, that person's records or achievements must be wiped out or bettered immediately. Think of Brock Lesnar's sudden departure in 2004 - within five months, Randy Orton had taken Lesnar's crown of being youngest ever World Heavyweight Champion.
