8 Current WWE Stars Who (Probably) Won't Re-Sign Their Contracts
3. Renee Young
The minute Renee Young was hired by WWE she was destined to be a star. Her likable personality was infectious, her skill as an interviewer was evident and her knowledge of the brand obvious. The combination of all that, while being easy on the camera, put her in positions to be the go-to name for WWE programmings like pay-per-view pre-shows and WWE Network specials. WWE was keeping her busy. But, something changed.
All of her WWE Network shows were kicked to the curb despite their popularity with talent and the WWE Universe, and the company was forced to once again use her in a backstage interview role. She's good at it but she's been public in her comments about wanting more. Since WWE has yet to give it to her, Young is not one to stay where she's not being given responsibility or opportunity.
When you consider Young is the type of talent networks like ESPN or Fox might be looking for, she's bound to eventually jump on a new gig if the grass looks greener elsewhere.
