Virtually every major US promotion won't touch him. Be it attitude problems, drug problems, or being a danger to others in the ring, Guerrera has found himself blackballed by many companies.

His most egregious offense was continuing to do high-flying, dangerous moves in WWE against the company's wishes. After he'd previously botched a Shooting Star Press and fractured several bones in Paul London's face, the Cruiserweights in general -- and Juvi in particular -- were told to tone down their offense.

After a Cruiserweight Title match against Kid Kash where Juvi used the 450 Splash (which had been banned completely after London's injury), he was released from the company. That was one of his last major US bookings.
