8 Wrestlers Who NEED A Big Push After WWE Royal Rumble 2026
5. Oba Femi
Oba Femi's Royal Rumble debut was every bit as impactful as fans had hoped and expected. For a man who is yet to appear as a permanent fixture on the main roster, the reaction to The Ruler’s appearance as #1 in the men's Rumble was everything WWE could have wanted it to be.
The crowd joined in with Femi's soon-to-be-iconic swaggering entrance, as he was serenaded to the ring with an “Oba” chant reminiscent of Goldberg in his prime. He then eliminated Bron Breakker, one of the favourites to win the match, in seconds to a pop heard around the world. THAT is how you make an impression.
Oba Femi's presence in the first part of the match was godlike, as he eliminated five men in a row (including Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio and Solo SIkoa, a pivotal member of The Bloodline storyline). Fans were mad at Oba being eliminated by Brock Lesnar, but that only strengthens the idea that Femi should put The Beast in the dirt before Brock leaves WWE for good. Femi is surely going to secure himself a landmark match at this year’s WrestleMania, and the Royal Rumble only further showcased that he is ready to become one of the biggest names in wrestling. Not in the future, but right now.
