Triple H confronted WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins right before his match and gave him some motivational words. "Show Them Why I Chose You." The champ needed a win and it needed to be without any outside help. Seth Rollins did exactly that.
The match was logical and as the time continued on it became progressively more brutal. Dean Ambrose's leg was targeted and worked on repeatedly. It was crushed with ladders and chairs and stretched in various locations via figure fours. By the end of the match viewers believed that Dean was physically unable to make his way up the ladder because his leg was in that much distress.
Seth Rollins barely won the match on a football-related rule at the end of this 35 minute war, but the point was that this win was solely his. No Kane, no J & J, no Triple H to help him out.
Rollins can now focus on Brock Lesnar or whoever else is his big challenge looming on the horizon. He has the credibility to stand face to face with anybody.
