Cast your minds back to 1997, and Goldust bringing out his wife and (these are WWE's words not mine) "adorable daughter" prior to his match with The Honky Tonk Man's protégé Rockabilly. Said totes adorbs offspring was Dakota - his real-life child with Terri Runnels - making her TV debut in WWF and, pretty much constantly since then, it's been speculated that she'd eventually step between the ropes on her own terms.

It's never quite happened, and for years it's looked like Dakota had stepped away from wrestling entirely, but earlier in the year she resurfaced in an angle for Overdrive Wrestling.

In a segment with Robbie E, Dakota was kidnapped in a deliberate homage to The Undertaker's famous abduction of Stephanie McMahon. All this on her first return to wrestling programming in years? Rotten luck.
