Roderick Strong became Adam Cole's latest victim on last night's episode of WWE NXT, as the former Undisputed Era leader burns his way through his old stablemates with a flame of violence.

A kayfabe injury to Kyle O'Reilly was announced during last night's show. The recent NXT Title contender will miss 4-6 weeks after Cole suplexed him onto the ring steps last week, leading to him being stretchered out of the Capitol Wrestling Center. WWE put the injury over as a herniated disc.

Even with KOR absence, Cole still found a way to inflict damage on Undisputed Era alumni, erupting on Strong after seemingly trying to make amends in a promo.

Finn Balor interrupted the duo when Roddy told Cole he couldn't stop KOR from seeking revenge. Cole and Strong were then left in the ring alone as Balor was downed with a Superkick on the outside. Adam begged for forgiveness, even after Strong had dropped him, and though they embraced on the mat, Cole took him out with a low blow.

Telling Strong that he is dead to him, Cole put his former ally's lights out with a Superkick and left him to be tended to by officials as the show went off the air.
