AEW Dark Regular Tests Positive For COVID-19
AEW Dark & NJPW Strong regular Danny Limelight is on the road to recovery.

Regular AEW Dark enhancement talent Danny Limelight has confirmed he is currently recovering after testing positive for COVID-19.
Limelight tweeted the following on Wednesday:-
All the best to Danny in his recovery.
Limelight has wrestled 13 matches for AEW since October 2020, primarily on Dark, where he has put the likes of Matt Sydal, Brian Cage, and Rey Fenix over. He scored his first win for the promotion against Fuego Del Sol on 5 January and appeared alongside The Varsity Blondes on New Year's Smash two days later, falling to Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers. The 2 February episode of Dark brought his most recent appearance, a tag loss to The Acclaimed.
Well-established as one of the most expressive non-contracted regulars on the show, Limelight has looked like a prime candidate for a full-time deal for weeks. That he has two victories to his name suggests something may already be in the works.
As well as working AEW Dark, Limelight is also a frequent performer in NJPW STRONG, New Japan Pro Wrestling's US-based Friday night weekly. He is currently advertised to team with Chris Dickinson against TJP and Ren Narita on this week's Road to the New Beginning show.
