AEW Dark Regulars Attend WWE Tryout
Two AEW Tuesday night regulars were part of the dozen WWE hopefuls.
Two regulars on All Elite Wrestling's Dark show, Tesha Price and Alex Gracia, were reportedly at the recent WWE tryouts, according to a new report from Fightful Select.
The female-only tryouts were held on 6 and 7 May in Orlando, with a dozen hopefuls in attendance. Price and Gracia just so happened to be two of those names, with Fightful also listing Limitless Wrestling regular Ava Everett and former EVOLVE and PROGRESS star Natalia Markova as also being in attendance.
Tesha isn't new to WWE, having previously worked as an enhancement talent against Lacey Evans on a 2018 edition of NXT, as well as a dark match vs. Britt Baker as part of the second Mae Young Classic. She's been a regular fixture on AEW Dark since November 2020, as well as a Dynamite appearance vs. Abadon.
Alex Gracia, meanwhile, has racked up appearances with IMPACT Wrestling, National Wrestling Alliance, and World Wonder Ring Stardom in her three-year career. She's been on Dark since September last year, with her only win thus far coming over KiLynn King. A Dynamite loss to Hikaru Shida as part of the Holiday Bash episode also came her way.
Whether or not Price and Gracia will do anything new with WWE going forward remains to be seen.
