Newark, New Jersey could be set to host AEW Full Gear 2022, which will be the promotion's next big pay-per-view following this Sunday's All Out.

While AEW is yet to announce anything regarding Full Gear, Fightful Select reports that Newark is the working location. And while a firm date is yet to emerge, the show will likely take place on the weekend of 19 and 20 November.

AEW has run Newark several times in the past. Its Prudential Center debut was a huge success, business-wise, drawing 13,190 fans for Dynamite, Rampage, and Dark: Elevation tapings on 15 September 2021. The Tony Khan-helmed group then returned to the same arena on 5 January 2022, drawing 7,800 for the same run of shows, with Dynamite highlighted by 'Hangman' Adam Page and Bryan Danielson's second AEW World Championship match.

Full Gear 2021 was hosted in Minneapolis, Minnesota on 13 November 2021. It was headlined by Page finally toppling Kenny Omega to become World Champion, capping his two-year rise to the top of the promotion - and his long-term storyline with The Elite.

AEW's next pay-per-view, All Out 2022, takes place in Chicago, Illinois this Sunday, 4 September.
