AEW Revolution 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

1. Tony Khan Cuts MJF Short

Follow-up nightmare outcome? Tony Khan ditches MJF just so he can say he booked Bryan Danielson's next World Title win on pay-per-view. It's a genuine heartache to even type this, but here goes: Danielson shouldn't be AEW World Champ in 2023. He doesn't need the belt to be over, and MJF's own reign should be Tony's focus.

AEW has a legit breakout star on their hands here.

Cutting Friedman short just to replicate 'Mania XXX almost nine years on would be a colossal mistake from All Elite bosses, and it's one they simply cannot afford to make. MJF is a generational heel who can work with everybody - he's the kind of champ Khan can sling babyfaces at for 12-18 months easily.

Forgoing that in favour of Bryan holding the belt? Nah, doesn't sit right, especially not in early-2023. If anything (again, can't believe this is real), putting Danielson over would be a step backwards for AEW booking.
