AEW Revolution 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

9. Jade Cargill (Just Because)

Jade Cargill has a natural charisma and star quality few newbies can match, but her ceaseless winning streak/TBS Title reign has sagged over the past six months or so. It's crystal clear that AEW doesn't really know what to do with her next, and they're struggling to find credible challengers who can draw a solid match from Jade.

Will she show up at Revolution? It's possible. TK might reason that putting Cargill on the pay-per-view bolsters her own credibility and provides an easy excuse to improve that win/loss record yet again. Sadly, it'd also give wrestling fans an excuse to hit the bathrooms and/or merch stalls.

The card doesn't need Cargill.

It doesn't need anything more than it already has, being totally honest. Seven matches is more than enough, especially when one of those is set to be an hour long. Frankly, it wouldn't really do Jade much good to paste Willow Nightingale (or someone like that) for the sake of it.
