You might start sensing a pattern in AEW's signing policy when hearing that Maxwell Jacob Friedman is only 22 years old. Youth, aside from a few noteworthy marquee hires, is definitely the priority.

MJF has made a name for himself in CZW and MLW. In fact, in both, Friedman has tasted championship success. He's a former two-time Wired Champ and one time World Heavyweight Champ in Combat Zone and held Major League's World Middleweight Title for a spell too.

Talking is a big part of MJF's act, and he's been compared by some on social media to WWE's savvy all-rounder The Miz. That's a favourable comparison these days, one that should help turn eyes onto Friedman's work in AEW.
