AEW Set To Keep Production In Jacksonville Indefinitely
Original plans to take AEW on the road in February appear to have been scrapped.
According to Bodyslam.net, AEW has decided to keep producing Dynamite, Dark and the upcoming Revolution PPV inside of Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida, indefinitely.
This news comes after it was reported that the promotion were supposedly planning to take their shows on the road throughout the month of February, with Miami being the likely destination. It was also announced by AEW today that the February 24 show scheduled to go down in Newark, NJ, has now been moved to September 15. Fans who purchased tickets for the event will now be able to either use said ticket on the new date or receive a refund within the next 30 days.
The announcement of the rescheduled February 24 show seems to line up with the reports of AEW choosing to keep their product at Daily's Place for the foreseeable future. It was also noted by Bodyslam.net that AEW employees received an email this morning stating that they will be remaining in Jacksonville for the "indefinite future".
All this pretty much eliminates the possibility of AEW bringing the upcoming Beach Break special to Miami, along with any other Dynamite, Dark or PPV shows the company had been aiming to take to South Beach.
