AEW have confirmed the signing of Anna Jay. The company formally announced the deal on their official Twitter account last night, with the now customary graphic describing the newcomer as #AllElite.

Precise details of the contract are not known at present.

Jay - previously known as 'Anna Jayy' - has already competed in one match for AEW. She made her Dynamite debut last Wednesday, losing out to Hikaru Shida. The show emanated from QT Marshall's wrestling from, of which Jay was a student.

With the lockdown set to continue, AEW were sure to get a range of matches in the can whilst filming at Marshall's joint, so we can probably expect to see Jay turn up on Dark or Dynamite once more in the near future.

Prior to alighting in AEW, Jay had been a regular in Georgia Premier Wrestling. She is AEW's third new signing in the past month, following the high profile arrivals of Brodie Lee and Matt Hardy.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
