AEW Sign British Standout Sadie Gibbs

A spectacular new addition for AEW's women's division.

Sadie Gibbs
STARDOM

All Elite Wrestling look set to boost their female ranks with the acquisition of Sade Gibbs, according to the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer.

A former CrossFit competitor, Gibbs has only been competing for a few years, but her hype has gone through the roof in 2019. Even if you've never seen her wrestle, there's a chance you've seen one of her Sasuke Special gifs on social media, as the talented British prodigy dives, flips, and powers her way through the Japanese and UK independent circuits.

Gibbs has fast become one of the most talked-about young prospects in world wrestling. She isn't the finished article yet, but she's somebody AEW could conceivably build their women's division around for years to come, though the promotion still needs some extra bodies.

Sadie will become AEW's ninth female signing, joining Aja Kong, Bea Priestley, Brandi Rhodes, Dr. Britt Baker, Kylie Rae, Nyla Rose, Penelope Ford, and Yuka Sakazaki in the nascent division. She's best known for her recent work in STARDOM, which has allowed to become a considerable viral star over the past few months, having excellent in bouts with the leading joshi promotion's biggest and brightest.
