Serena Deeb has officially signed with All Elite Wrestling.

The promotion confirmed the news night, breaking it on Twitter. There's no word on the specific terms of her agreement or whether or not she'll be working as a wrestler, a trainer, or both.

Deeb debuted for the promotion on the All Out go-home episode of Dynamite, working NWA Women's Champion Thunder Rosa in a well-received bout. She was confirmed for this Tuesday's Dark show (on which she'll face KiLynn King), sparking speculation that a deal had been struck, and will now be part of the company full-time.

Serena's bout with Thunder Rosa was her first in three years. She was let go from WWE as part of the promotion's mass cuts on 15 April, having worked as a trainer in the Performance Center prior to that, though she is perhaps best known for her time as a member of the company's Straight Edge Society in 2010.

Still only 34 years old, Deeb is a well-respected veteran and still excellent between the ropes, despite a lengthy period of inactivity after competing in the 2017 Mae Young Classic. She'll make a smart addition across the board.
