AEW Stars Win AAA Titles At Triplemania XXX
Los Vipers were dethroned at last night's Triplemania: Monterey show.
AEW star Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti are the new AAA World Mixed Tag Team Champions.
At last night's Triplemania XXX: Monterey show, Guevara and Conti defeated Komander and Sexy Star II, Maravilla and Latigo, and previous champs Los Vipers' Chik Tormenta and Arez to take home the gold after Tay hit Tay-KO on Vipers' Tormenta to score the win.
Sammy and Tay weren't the only AEW names in action in Monterey this weekend, with the full results for the first of three Triplemania shows this year reading:

- Sammy Guevara & Tay Conti defeated Chik Tormenta & Arez, Maravilla & Latigo and Sexy Star II & Komander to become the new AAW World Mixed Tag Team Champions
- Ruleta de la Muerte First Round Match: L.A. Park defeated Villano IV
- Johnny Superstar & Taurus defeated Laredo Kid & Jack Cartwheel and Dragon Lee & Dralistico
- Ruleta del la Muerte First Round Match: Ray de Jalisco Jr. defeated Blue Demon Jr.
- Taya Valkyrie, Pagano & Bandido defeated Deonna Purrazzo, Andrade El Idolo & Cibernetico
- Ruleta de la Muerte First Round Match: El Canek defeated Psycho Clown
- The Young Bucks defeated Hijo del Vikingo & Rey Fenix
This year's AAA Triplemania is the first one to be held across three separate days since 1996. Following last night's Monterey show, Triplemania XXX: Tijuana on 18 June and Triplemania XXX: Mexico City on 15 October.
