Aleister Black's Opponent For WWE Extreme Rules 2019 Revealed...
Who has been knocking on his door?
Cesaro has been revealed as the man who will face Aleister Black at this Sunday's WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view.
Black has been requesting competition for months since splitting with tag team partner Ricochet on the main roster, and as many anticipated, the Swiss Superman will be his first singles opponent this Sunday.
WWE also announced last night that The Revival will defend their Raw Tag Team Championships against The Usos at Extreme Rules following Jimmy & Jey's victory over Dawson & Wilder in a 2-out-of-3 falls match on Monday Night Raw which also featured The Miz and Elias.
WWE's Extreme Rules PPV is shaping up to be a highly-anticipated show, with ten matches so far confirmed. Alongside the aforementioned contests, there's a Last Man Standing match scheduled between Braun Strowman & Bobby Lashley, Tony Nese challenging Drew Gulak for the Cruiserweight Championship, and Ricochet is set to defend his United States Championship against AJ Styles.
In a triple threat bout for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships it's Daniel Bryan & Rowan versus Big E & Xavier Woods versus Heavy Machinery, whilst Bayley faces both Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross in a 2-on-1 handicap match with the SmackDown Women's Championship on the line.
Samoa Joe challenges Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship and in a Last Chance Winners Take All mixed tag team Extreme Rules match for both the Universal Championship and the Raw Women's Championship we'll see Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans team up to take on Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch.
The most intriguing contest of all however, sees the unlikely union of The Undertaker & Roman Reigns, who are due to face Drew McIntyre & Shane McMahon in a No Holds Barred tag team match.
Whatever happens, Extreme Rules looks set to be one of the most talked about WWE pay-per-views this year.
