Alexa Bliss will host WrestleMania 35 on 7 April, as announced by the former Raw and SmackDown Women's Champion during last night's Moment Of Bliss segment

'The Goddess Of WWE' promised to reveal WrestleMania's host ahead of time. A short, snappy segment followed, with Bliss promising to deliver "a big scoop," before listing Kim Kardashian, The Rock, and The New Day as potential hosts.

She rubbished those names, claiming that this year's was "a bigger deal." Cue: a video of various red carpet scenes, before Bliss dropped the reveal, announcing that she'll host 'The Showcase Of The Immortals' while feigning surprise. Corey Graves, meanwhile, lost his mind on commentary.

This role makes a lot of sense for Bliss. She has become a lost sheep in Raw's women's division, with Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte Flair grabbing her former spotlight while Alexa was injured in late 2018. Bliss returned to the ring for the Royal Rumble, but has wrestled just one televised bout (and a handful of house show appearances) since then.

WWE haven't bothered to set Bliss up with any new programmes since returning, so this, at least, guarantees she'll be on WrestleMania.
