All 10 WWE PPVs John Cena Has Missed In The Last Decade

WWE Survivor Series 2015 is far from the first pay-per-view John Cena has missed since 2005.

This Sunday's Survivor Series pay-per-view is stacked with star power (or at least as much star power as WWE can possibly provide at the moment). Not only will The Undertaker be celebrating 25 years in WWE, four fresh faces will be battling for the opportunity to become the new WWE World Heavyweight champion. Not on the card, however, is John Cena, who is currently in the midst of a hiatus from WWE TV. He took time off following October's Hell in a Cell event to heal up and film a new reality show and reportedly won't be back until Christmastime (his next scheduled appearance is the December 26th house show in MSG). Cena's absence on programming has undoubtedly been felt by fans, but in the ten years he's been on top, he's been away from action on multiple occasions due to injury or other reasons. Despite that, as the face of the franchise, he hasn't missed too much in-ring time at all. Not including this year's Survivor Series, Cena has been left off a total of ten WWE pay-per-views in the last decade, but did his absence help or hurt each show? Let's take a look and find out.
