All 6 WWE Hell In A Cell PPV Main Events - Ranked From Worst To Best

1. Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose

This is the most recent match on this list, so the backstory should be pretty familiar. It's a shame that Dean Ambrose's character doesn't stay continuously bitter about being betrayed by Seth Rollins, because that's when he's at his most interesting. The first chapter of this match was super exciting because of the brawling on top of the Cell and the eventual double table break when they fell off the side in tandem. They both were in the process of being stretchered out when Ambrose got a second wind and went after Rollins. More fun ensued inside the ring when the match actually started. There were several table breaks outside the ring and a suplex onto a pile of chairs. It looked like there would be some retribution for Dean when he pulled out some cinderblocks and was going to do a Curb Stomp of his own onto Seth. It would've been nice if there was a finish to this that was satisfying enough for this highly emotional feud, but it just wasn't meant to be. The lights went dim and a hologram was shown in the smoke of a lantern in the middle of the ring. This set up an attack against Dean by Bray Wyatt. Rollins took advantage of the attack and pinned Ambrose for the win. Despite the finish, all of the action that preceded it was stellar. There were dangerous spots and tons of emotion, making this the best main event to ever cap off a Hell in a Cell card.
