Former NXT Champion Andrade has challenged current AAA Mega Champion Kenny Omega to a title match at the upcoming Triplemania event.
Coming amidst Lucha Libre AAA's Rey de Reyes show last night, former WWE star Andrade appeared in a special vignette. This video revealed that the recently released man has his sights set on two bouts in particular now that he is free to forge his own destiny away from WWE.
Psycho Clown was one of the faces the former La Sombra would like to meet in the squared-circle, while the other is current AEW, Impact Wrestling and AAA Mega Champion Kenny Omega. Andrade made it clear that he wanted to challenge The Cleaner for his AAA gold at the upcoming Triplemania event, though the Belt Collector has yet to respond to this mouth-watering invitation.
Andrade's jaw-dropping challenge comes hot on the heels of the star confirming that he'd joined forces with Federacion Wrestling, with his first match for that promotion coming during a pay-per-view event on June 19 in what should be a thrilling multi-man affair.
Needless to say, the former United States Champion clearly isn't messing around and is looking to re-establish himself as one of the top performers in the industry.
