Another ECW original is thought to be returning in time for WWE's TLC pay per view on December 13th, and could well compete in a multi-man match against the Wyatt Family. According to reports from WrestlingInc and EWrestlingNews, another legend of the extreme Philadelphia-based promotion could well align with the Dudley Boyz and Tommy Dreamer, taking on the Wyatts in some form of eight-man match at the PPV. This rumour is sure to provoke much debate regarding the identity of the potential returner. Logic would dictate that Rhyno is the simplest choice for WWE, given his current position as a member of the NXT roster. Other ECW legends of similar stature to the Dudleys and Dreamer include Raven, Rob Van Dam, Sandman, and Sabu. Spike Dudley would also make sense from a storyline point of view, given his (kayfabe) family ties with Bubba Ray and D-Von - but still works as a finance planner, and has shown little desire to return to wrestling since 2013. It's worth noting that, although a match involving all four Wyatts would logically require another babyface to face them, WWE may decide to include only some members of Bray's stable in the match - thereby negating the need for an extra ECW original. Survivor Series saw a rumoured 4-on-2 handicap bout become a straightforward tag contest, pitting only Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper against the Brothers of Destruction.
