WWE confirmed three new signings for the NXT women's division yesterday, snapping up the renowned independent wrestlers formerly known as Priscilla Kelly, Elayna Black, and Lacey Ryan.

Rebranded Gigi Dolin, Cora Jade, and Zoey Stark respectively, the trio were immediately thrown into the first ever Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, though none were in action as the tournament kicked off last night. Dolin and Jade will team together while Stark shall tag with Marina Shafir.

Fightful Select dropped a new report on the signings shortly after they were announced, noting that WWE had been working on bringing them in since the last round of Performance Center recruitments. Talk of WWE's interest in the trio stretches back to November, with Jade's signing all but guaranteed after a successful tryout, while Dolin had been on the promotion's radar for a longer period of time.

Dolin has a single WWE appearance on her resume already, having lost to Deonna Purrazzo in the 2018 Mae Young Classic tournament. She has previously worked two matches for AEW, one in 2019 and one in 2020, but then turned down the chance of an onscreen role alongside ex-husband Darby Allin.
