Bayley has defended Triple H's handling of the current WWE women's division.

The Raw star told The National that Hunter is "super-easy to talk to and to just have a conversation with whenever you feel the need to". She also said that the current women's climate is living proof that WWE has "the best women’s division in all of sport".

Many fans have expressed concerns about the way Bayley's Damage CTRL group (with Dakota Kai and IYO SKY) has been booked on TV since forming back at SummerSlam. Kai and SKY did win the Women's Tag-Team Titles, but they've since dropped the belts to Asuka and Alexa Bliss.

Meanwhile, Bayley has been tangling with Raw Women's Champ Bianca Belair but has failed to capture the title and appears to be just another vehicle to promote Belair's reign - that's fine, though it hasn't done much to make CTRL look like a true threat.

Bayley is having none of the criticism. She thinks the female scene is "going in the right direction", and says women's wrestling in WWE is "just going to keep growing bigger and bigger".
