Fans of Charlotte Flair may not have to wait much longer for 'The Queen's WWE return.

Reports suggest her comeback is "imminent". According to WrestleVotes, the multi-time Women’s Champion is expected to return to WWE programming soon, possibly as early as this weekend's Saturday Night's Main Event special. The reliable scoopster account tweeted that;

"Sources indicate that Charlotte Flair’s return is imminent, with the possibility of it happening as soon as this weekend on NBC. We are told creative was tasked earlier this week with structuring the presentation of her return".

This aligns with recent speculation from Viper of PW Nexus, who claimed that both Flair and Becky Lynch are anticipated to make their WWE returns by the 2025 Royal Rumble in February. While Lynch’s timeline appears to point towards the Rumble,

Flair's been absent from WWE since tearing her MCL, ACL and meniscus in a SmackDown match against Asuka on December 8th 2023. Adding intrigue to her return is talk of a potential revamp in her character presentation. While no specifics have been confirmed, WWE has often used returns to reposition stars, and with Flair’s uneven run under Triple H's creative regime this far, the comeback could signal a fresh direction for her well-worn persona.

Both Flair and Lynch hitting screens again in the near future would significantly shake up a women’s division that has seen a surge of fresh talent in recent months, as well as two new secondary singles titles - including a United States Championship that will determine its first holder this weekend.
