Shayna Baszler may have fallen short in her quest to win the 2020 Royal Rumble, but it looks like 'The Queen of Spades' is still set for a huge WrestleMania 36 throwdown with Becky Lynch.

This is according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online, who reports that WWE still plans on having Baszler challenge for the Raw Women's Championship, despite her second-place finish in the Rumble.

A dominant four-minute run saw the record-breaking former NXT Women's Champion eliminate eight wrestlers before Charlotte Flair threw her over the top rope. This conclusion led to speculation of Flair vs. Lynch at WrestleMania, but this doesn't seem to be the case.

There's currently no word on how WWE intend on booking the Lynch/Baszler feud.

Speaking of Flair, the Rumble winner didn't announce which champion she'd be challenging for WrestleMania on last night's Raw, but POST Wrestling's John Pollock is reporting that her opponent won't be Becky or SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley. An interesting comment, as this opens up the possibility of 'The Queen' challenging NXT's Rhea Ripley for the black-and-gold brand's belt.

Whatever the case, it looks like the division's WrestleMania 36 build is going to be an exciting one.
