Big E has provided a big update on his health, but still isn't fully sure when a return to the ring will go down.

The former WWE Champion tragically suffered a broken neck back in March 2022 during a tag match alongside Kofi Kingston against Ridge Holland and Sheamus, with Holland's belly-to-belly suplex resulting in The New Day man landing on top of his head.

E has yet to step back in-between the ropes since fracturing his C1 and C6 vertebrae, but did deliver a massively positive update on a recent appearance on After the Bell with Corey Graves (via F4WOnline).

According to the beloved superstar, he "feels great" and even went as far as to state that he feels "100%." Though he would also add that, despite not even feeling like a bloke who broke his neck, he doesn't currently have a timetable for his return to action.

The fact E's strength is great, he has no issues, and can happily walk around and enjoy a trip to the gym on the back of such a career-threatening injury is the most important thing, though.

E would also note back in April (via F4WOnline) that his C1 had been healing fibrously, and he wants it to be completely ossified before considering making his return to the ring.

For now, though, it's just awesome hearing that Big E is in a position where he can live a happy life after that scary night 16-months ago.
