Big E is still hyping up a potential WrestleMania 38 match vs. Seth Rollins.

The ex-WWE Champion, who recently jumped back to SmackDown after initially being drafted to Raw last October, told Sebastian Hackl on YouTube that Seth remains his first choice on WWE's biggest weekend of the year.

This opens up a wide range of possibilities for WWE. Brock Lesnar is the reigning WWE Champ, and he wrestles Bobby Lashley at Royal Rumble. Whether he retains or not, Lesnar will likely have to put the belt up for grabs against inside the Elimination Chamber next month. That could be Seth's time to strike and spring a surprise title win.

He's still technically a Raw star despite appearing regularly on SmackDown, after all.

Rollins as champion would then clear WWE's path to a Big E challenge. Sure, they'd have to screw over the brand split again, but the company has been doing that with alarming frequency anyway. They wouldn't hesitate to do it if they got to E vs. Seth in Dallas.

Big E wants it bad. He cited his rich history with Rollins stretching all the way back to NXT.
