Big Name Backstage At AEW Dynamite Last Night
Major player makes backstage appearance in Daily's Place.
Long-missing AEW star PAC was backstage for last night's Dynamite tapings in Jacksonville, Florida, reports Fightful Select.
The outlet reports that "a lot of people... that haven't been around in quite some time" were at Daily's Place, including PAC, who hasn't wrestled since July 2023.
'The Bastard' dealt with significant injury problems in 2023, limiting his in-ring activity. Fightful notes that when it comes to long-term AEW injuries, there's often a "long-term, multi-show process of getting them cleared."
PAC didn't feature during the Dynamite broadcast, nor was he used during the evening's Rampage tapings. There is currently no word on when he will be returning to AEW television. Nonetheless, Dave Meltzer reported last week that the comeback would happen "soon."
2023 brought just six matches for PAC, who was forced out of action with injury problems in March, returning to AEW by July. He then worked three matches across AEW and ROH before news of new injuries broke, forcing the Englishman into his current period of inactivity.
PAC is a day-one AEW wrestler, having debuted for the promotion at its January 2019 announcement press conference in Jacksonville.
