Atypical of the YouTube show, AEW has a bunch of unique things lined up for Dark: Elevation.

All Elite Wrestling has officially unveiled the full lineup for this week's episode of Dark: Elevation, which was taped last Wednesday in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Although this was already known to fans who aren't averse to spoilers, the Elevation tapings hosted the return of Konosuke Takeshita to AEW for the first time in over a year. The DDT standout wrestled Undisputed Elite stooge Brandon Cutler in his comeback bout.

Takeshita recently returned to the United States for a year-long excursion that will see him based primarily in AEW. While Tony Khan's promotion is yet to announce anything for him on TBS or TNT, the 26-year-old is already filling his diary with big independent matches, with clashes opposite 'Speedball' Mike Bailey (West Coast Pro, 10 June) and Aramis (Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, 1 May) on deck.

Regarded as one of the best wrestlers in Japan, Takeshita last wrestled for AEW in April 2021, embarking on a quickfire three-match run that saw him team up with Kenny Omega in two separate multi-person tags.

Also lined up for tonight's episode of Dark: Elevation is NJPW legend Minoru Suzuki vs. QT Marshall.
