The Aussie took a nasty bump while wrestling Ember Moon.

Billie Kay has played a big role in NXT's women's division as of late. Alongside Peyton Royce, Kay has established herself as one of the brand's top heels, and the self-proclaimed "Iconic Duo" both challenged for Asuka's Women's Championship at TakeOver: San Antonio last month.

Just as her career hits an upswing, however, Billie might be forced to take some time away from television. The Aussie suffered a potential injury at last night's set of NXT TV tapings, and while there hasn't been any official confirmation yet, the initial signs are worrisome.

Kay lost a quick match to Ember Moon at the tapings, and trainers ran out to check on her as soon as it was over. She ended up walking out on her own but was seen holding her neck and crying, and it appears that Eclipse, Ember's extravagant finishing move, may have injured her.

The match should air on March 8th, but it isn't clear at the moment. Billie did not participate in the rest of the tapings, and neither did Royce. The pictures below don't look good, but it's encouraging that she was able to leave without major assistance.
