Brock Lesnar's $800,000 House For Sale

Brock Lesnar is selling his Minnesota home for $800,000. The listing was made by real estate agent Tammy Maddrey, who confirms Lesnar as the owner. The property weighs in at 3,247 square feet in the house itself, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There's also two office areas, which Lesnar perhaps used for looking over his lucrative WWE contract. One thing to observe about the property photos is how relatively modest it is compared to other millionaire households. That's in fitting with Lesnar's character, he has never been concerned with the trappings of fame or fancy pieces of technology. Indeed, it appears his primary interest with the property was down to the vast land which came with it. Brock owns 43 acres of prime land around the house, including woods and a pond. The stretch of the property is perfect for Lesnar who is famously private. The seclusion he enjoyed here would have been a factor in his original purchase. The reason he is now selling is unknown, but it won't be down to money, Brock is currently on one of the very best contracts in WWE history. He first purchased the 1996 built house in April 2003 for a price of $783,500. That was the month after Brock became Champion at WrestleMania 19, when he looked to have a major pro wrestling career ahead of him. Everything changed, Brock left wrestling in 2004 and ended up becoming a UFC star, before returning to WWE in 2012. Having been in the house a decade, he will now sell it on for a small profit, with a current selling guide at $800,000.
