Brock Lesnar is no longer under WWE contract.

PWInsider's Mike Johnson broke the news on Monday, stating that 'The Beast Incarnate's' deal had been allowed to run out as the two parties had been unable to come to terms on a new contract. A fresh agreement had been in the works, though negotiations were put on hold after Lesnar and WWE reached an impasse, leaving the multi-time World Champion on the open market.

WWE has already pulled all Lesnar-related merchandise from their web store.

It should be noted that this isn't the first time Lesnar's WWE contract has expired since he returned to the promotion in 2012, with the two parties always coming to an agreement later down the road. While Brock is now technically free to negotiate with companies like AEW, NJPW, and the UFC, showing up elsewhere looks unlikely, with WrestleVotes tweeting the following:-

Lesnar's last WWE appearance came at WrestleMania 36, where he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre. He has elected to sit out during the ongoing global health crisis. Meanwhile, his 'Advocate,' Paul Heyman, is now managing former rival Roman Reigns on SmackDown, having debuted alongside 'The Big Dog' last week.
