Champion STRIPPED Of Title On WWE SmackDown

Triple H decided to shake things up on this week's episode of WWE SmackDown.

Solo Sikoa stripped Jacob Fatu of his WWE Tag-Team Title belt on SmackDown and demanded the Bloodline member hand it off to fellow stablemate Tonga Loa. The would-be 'Tribal Chief' had a good reason for this - he had something else in mind for Jacob.

Fatu was immediately installed as Solo's "personal enforcer", which is effectively another way of saying he's Sikoa's right hand man. Previously, that role had been Tama Tonga's, but his importance to the cause has been downplayed ever so slightly since Jacob's debut on TV.

Tama and Tonga Loa then went on to successfully defend the tag gold vs. The Street Profits on the same episode. On paper, Fatu becoming more of a ringside enforcer weakens the team, but it's obvious to everyone watching WWE's product that Triple H has big things in mind for the 'Samoan Werewolf'.

Jacob helped destroy Roman Reigns on last week's SmackDown, and he was in wrecking ball mode on Friday's show too. Fatu and Solo demolished DIY to end the post-match segment.

Any hopes that Bloodline 2.0 would go Fabulous Freebirds with their belts have been dashed. Fatu is out and Loa is in.
