After yesterday saw Cody Rhodes vs. Sammy Guevara announced for All Elite Wrestling’s October 2nd debut on TNT, now comes word on another match set to take place on that premiere.

AEW has now announced that Chris Jericho will be in action against Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks on that first TNT offering. Jericho will be joined by two mystery partners when he battles The Elite, and Y2J has already been teasing that fans “won’t believe” who his tag partners will be.

To us, that poster would suggest that Jericho will be joined by The Vacant Brothers...

Jericho, of course, is set to face off against Adam “Hangman” Page to crown the first ever AEW World Champion at the company’s All Out PPV on August 31st.

In addition to Cody vs. Guevara and Jericho’s six-man bout against Omega and The Bucks, AEW’s TNT two-hour premiere will also feature an appearance by Jon Moxley.

That TNT debut takes place from Washington, D.C.’s Capital One Arena, and tickets go on sale this Friday – ranging from $20 to $250.

Going forward, AEW’s weekly product will air every Wednesday from different venues across different US cities.

Of course, AEW has yet to still officially announce the name of this weekly TV show – although all indicators currently point towards Wednesday Night Dynamite.
