Following a six-year absence, Chris Sabin made his grand return to IMPACT at July's Slammiversary pay-per-view, making an immediate splash alongside his longtime tag team partner Alex Shelley. It was only two days later on IMPACT! Wrestling on AXS TV that the reunited Motor City Machine Guns captured the Impact World Tag Team Championship for the first time in nearly a decade.

Although they've only been back for just under two months, The Motor City Machine Guns have already reclaimed the top spot in IMPACT's talented tag team division and are determined to have their best run yet.

In order to stay there, Sabin and Shelley will have to tackle every tandem IMPACT has to offer, including The Rascalz. They originally beat the up-and-coming duo at Slammiversary but will take them on in a rematch on Tuesday's edition of IMPACT! Wrestling on AXS TV, this time with the tag titles on the line.

Sabin, specifically, has proven he has a lot left to prove despite suffering several major injuries over the years. Now back and better than ever, the former Impact World and X-Division champion is ready to raise the bar all over again.

Ahead of The Motor City Machine Guns vs. The Rascalz II on IMPACT! Wrestling, Sabin talks to WhatCulture about his second stint with IMPACT, how the Motor City Machine Guns reunion came about, overcoming injuries, his favorite match, and more.
