CM Punk Shoots HARD On The Miz
Punk brutally insulted 'The A-Lister' in a since-deleted tweet.
CM Punk lashed out at The Miz on social media last night, uncorking a brutal insult following comments made by 'The A-Lister' after yesterday's episode of WWE Backstage.
The current Backstage panellist was quick to delete the outburst, though Twitter user @SlicedWrestling captured it in this screenshot and... yeahhh, it's something else:-
The comments came as a quoted response to an @WWEOnFOX tweet including a video of The Miz addressing the camera as Backstage concluded.
"I feel like this was the best WWE Backstage episode ever. It was the best... was it the best ever?", Miz asked host Renee Young, going back and forth with her and fellow panellist Paige. Young countered by putting forth the 19 November episode, to which Miz replied: "Oh, sorry, I didn't 'change the culture,'" quoting Punk directly.
This seems like a very, very small thing for a grown man to get upset about... unless, of course, this is all part of an angle. That seems as unlikely as Punk ever stepping foot between the ropes again, though.
Punk has made just two WWE Backstage appearances since his surprise 12 November arrival, with his next one scheduled for 21 January.
